Staff Software Engineer: Agent Identity and Authorization

📋 Description

• Design AI agent identity model, including delegated actions and audit trails.
• Build real-time authorization engine; select policy tech (Cedar, OPA, AuthZEN).
• Define trust for external identities (Entra, Salesforce) and OpenID Connect.
• Build authorization and continuous evaluation from live session signals.
• Own interfaces and contracts used by the platform; keep them clean.
• Lead technical direction across teams for identity and authorization.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering; expert in identity/authorization.
• Hands-on experience building policy systems (Cedar, OPA, OpenFGA, or similar).
• Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, SPIFFE/SPIRE, or workload identity federation.
• Track record designing scalable systems and interfaces used by other teams.
• Ability to lead cross-team technical decisions and communicate clearly.
