Staff Software Engineer, Agent Orchestration

📋 Description

• Design and evolve agent harnesses powering product experiences
• Build core runtime systems including AOP execution and multi-model orchestration
• Develop control-plane logic for routing, planning, tool invocation with safety
• Optimize agent systems for latency, reliability, production correctness
• Analyze real-world failures and drive iterative improvements
• Build and operate online experimentation (A/B testing) and offline evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong distributed-systems or backend platforms experience in production
• Comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• End-to-end ownership from design through production
• Familiarity with experimentation and data-driven product improvements
• Track record of reliability, performance, observability improvements
• Ability to debug complex systems and root cause analysis
