📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design of multi-agent, multi-turn simulations.
• Architect systems for synthetic users and AI agents interactions.
• "What-If" evaluation for non-deterministic AI with metrics.
• Architectural leadership for high-throughput, stateful workflows.
• Define robust APIs and system boundaries across telemetry and remote execution.
• Drive the technical roadmap for the Feedback Systems team.

• Mentor senior engineers and set engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering; AI/ML frameworks; LLM orchestration.
• Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI; Python & Go.
• Model user behavior from natural language data to persona synthesis.
• Build evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic AI; metrics and guardrails.
• Manage asynchronous data pipelines; state management at scale.
• Strong ownership and cross-team communication.
• 10+ years at Staff/Principal/Architect level; distributed systems.
• Expert in concurrent, fault-tolerant backend architectures.
• Design resilient APIs (gRPC) and high-throughput messaging.
• Hands-on with AI/ML infra powering evaluation engines.
