📋 Description

• Own AI foundation used by product teams: model routing, proxy infra, context mgmt, tool design.
• Architecture for consistent AI capabilities across teams.
• Own AI evaluation infra with quality standards and repeatable evals.
• Establish evaluation practices to measure model/agent performance.
• Ship agentic capabilities from proof of concept to production.
• Apply prompt/context engineering, caching, parallel tool calls, subagent patterns.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping production LLM systems with eval infra/context mgmt/multi-model routing.
• Practical understanding of failures in production AI systems and trade-offs.
• Experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks; shipping user-facing AI products.
• Strong prompt engineering, context design, tool use, agent orchestration, caching.
• Experience designing evaluation methodologies for LLM/agentic systems.
• Strong architectural judgment; clear abstractions with simplicity.
