🎯 Requirements

7+ years backend/ML engineering with leadership
Shipped production systems; walk through decisions and code
Deep Python expertise; backend services; Node/TS, Java a plus
Production AI/LLM systems experience (SDKs, RAG, observability)
Lead technical design for complex systems across teams
Relational/NoSQL databases; AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC
