Staff Software Engineer (AI CICD)

📋 Description

• Own features end-to-end from design to rollout in partnership with Product and UX teams.
• Navigate ambiguous problems; take initiative rather than waiting for full specs.
• Contribute to a product-driven roadmap with real deadlines; ship iteratively.
• Extend Chainguard's AI foundation into customer-facing product experiences.
• Provide strong technical input on architecture and collaborate with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Expertise with containers, registries, Docker, Kubernetes and the wider ecosystem
• Experience building and securing CI/CD systems
• Proficiency with Go (Golang) or strong readiness to ramp quickly
• Experience with AI tooling and enthusiasm for applying it to complex problems
