Staff Software Engineer (AI CICD)

📋 Description

• Own product features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation through rollout, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Design and build next-generation developer tools focused on software supply chain security and AI-powered workflows.
• Extend AI capabilities into customer-facing product experiences across the broader product ecosystem.
• Make key architectural decisions and contribute a strong technical perspective to engineering discussions.
• Navigate complex and ambiguous technical challenges by defining clear solutions and execution paths.
• Collaborate closely with Product and frontend teams to deliver user-focused, high-impact features.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience delivering production-grade systems.
• Strong expertise with containers, artifact registries, Docker, Kubernetes, and related cloud-native technologies.
• Proven experience designing, building, and securing CI/CD systems.
• Strong programming experience with Go (Golang) or quickly becoming proficient.
• Experience with AI tools and applying AI to solve engineering problems.
