Staff Software Engineer, AI Foundations (Agent Optimization)

📋 Description

• Work as a software engineer
• Maintain and expand agentic coding expertise
• Design/build agentic coding systems with high-quality outputs
• Develop AI application patterns and architectures
• Own features end-to-end with reliability and developer experience
• Use Python, TypeScript, Java, and Go across projects

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software experience
• Proven experience optimizing AI systems using ML and systems techniques
• Fluency in Python, TypeScript, Java, and Go; quick to learn new languages
• Deep experience with concurrent programming (mutexes, atomics, etc.)
• Experience designing APIs and documenting libraries
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
