📋 Description

• Design and build features for remote self-hosted development
• Create and maintain open-source integrations with VS Code, JetBrains
• Champion best practices for internal teams and external contributors
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams, plus partners like JetBrains, on integrations
• Document the design, implementation, and operations of systems for knowledge sharing
• Support Coder’s enterprise users with Customer Success and AI tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack experience; 1+ year writing Go
• Proficiency in building distributed systems in Go
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills
• You are self-motivated with a creative and analytical mindset
• Nice to have: TypeScript/React; background in developer tooling or IaC
