🎯 Requirements

10+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership
3+ years building AI/ML infrastructure in production
Hands-on experience with LLM-powered systems in production
Experience building AI evaluation systems
Deep experience with reliable distributed systems and on-call responsibility
Ability to use and refine AI coding tools

🎁 Benefits

Expected total cash compensation range from $212,500.00 to $323,400.00 based on location
