🎯 Requirements

• Strong product engineering background; built scalable products with customer value.
• Gen AI in production: built features with generative AI; can discuss evaluation and iteration.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems: real-time, high throughput, fault tolerance.
• 10+ years backend engineering; 3+ years in Staff or Principal roles; scale backend for tens of millions of users.
• Expert in Java (17+); strong in distributed systems, concurrency, high availability.
• Cloud-native architectures: AWS or equivalent, Kubernetes/ECS, containers, large-scale DBs.
