📋 Description

• Design and build platform-level abstractions for Harvey’s agentic products.
• Own infrastructure for model integration, routing, and evaluation for context.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve AI quality across teams.
• Partner with product engineering, PMs, and design to launch cutting-edge AI products.
• Evaluate, prototype, and integrate the latest advancements in AI and agentic systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in backend systems; 1+ year AI/ML engineering; leadership.
• Experience shipping multi-model AI systems in production.
• Familiarity with context management, session state, or memory systems.
• Built internal platforms, SDKs, or shared infrastructure adopted by teams.
• Strong judgment on abstractions; pragmatic shipping.
• Bonus: eval frameworks; agent-calling; startup or high-stakes domains.
