Staff Software Engineer, AI Platform (Poland)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate ADP and cloud services across AWS, GCP, Azure
• Convert ambiguous product requirements into clear technical designs
• Lead the technical direction of large projects within ADP
• Mitigate technical risks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Uphold high standards for reliability, scalability, and security
• Build tools for automated provisioning, deployment, and self-healing

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience designing and operating large-scale cloud systems
• Track record leading large technical projects end-to-end
• Strong proficiency in Go (or comparable systems language)
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code)
• Production experience with Kubernetes
• Working knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP with IaC
