Staff Software Engineer, AI Tools

📋 Description

• Own third-party AI tool connectivity end-to-end and security boundary.
• Define standards for scalable, secure AI integration architecture.
• Build and operate MCP connectors exposing internal tools to AI tools.
• Lead incident response for complex integration issues.
• Build automation using Python, Go, TypeScript and APIs/SDKs.
• Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional AI initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering, production ops.
• BS in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Back-end skills in Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript/Node.
• Deep expertise in OAuth 2.0/2.1, OIDC, SAML.
• Systems design and debugging across network, identity, edge.
• Familiar with MCP and security/compliance controls.
