Staff Software Engineer - Analysis Tools

📋 Description

• Build profiling tools that help AI developers see, understand and optimise Graphcore hardware.
• Design and develop analysis tools turning performance data into insight to optimise ML apps on
• Lead profiling software design, build and test new features, fix defects and support customers.
• Mentor engineers and raise delivery quality; own problems from design to testing and support.
• Own across systems software, custom hardware and large computing clusters to understand performance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing complex software using a systems language, ideally Rust or strong C++ with a
• Rust experience, commercially or through personal projects.
• Experience with large computing clusters and their performance monitoring ecosystems.
• Understanding of system architecture, memory management, multithreading and hardware utilisation.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging and collaboration skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Open to transferable skills and diverse backgrounds; strong candidates encouraged to apply.
