📋 Description

• Define and drive the multi-year Android architecture roadmap.
• Ensure offline-first capabilities and real-time syncing.
• Own reliability and performance of hospitality software for 24/7 operations.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers; set standards for quality and testing.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering; Android at scale; Staff Engineer scope.
• Deep Kotlin experience with coroutines, Flow; RxJava legacy systems.
• Designing and evolving large, multi-module Android applications.
• Strong understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture).
• Offline-first workflows, local data management, synchronization.
• Diagnose performance, reliability, and cross-layer issues.
