📋 Description

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and QA to deliver key initiatives.
• Lead design and implementation of features in the Android/Kotlin platform from conception to deployment.
• Define and champion engineering best practices and long-term architecture decisions.
• Mentor and coach other engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable software with comprehensive test coverage and CI/CD improvements.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and foster knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of software development with at least 3 years on Android using Kotlin.
• Deep expertise in secure, high-quality Android apps; performance optimization and multi-threading.
• Extensive experience designing, building, and securing APIs for large-scale mobile systems.
• Expert knowledge of Android frameworks; debugging across OS versions and devices.
• Deep understanding of design patterns, scalability, security engineering, and OO principles.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence technical direction.
