🎯 Requirements

12+ years of technical experience
5+ years in strategic technical leadership
Experience leading teams on API design, abstractions, or client libraries
Hands-on infra/product experience for internal or external customers
Proven track record delivering pragmatic solutions that accelerate growth
Proficient in Java, Ruby, Python, or Go
