Staff Software Engineer, App Promotion

📋 Description

• Lead the engineering team responsible for the App Promotion objective and App Install Optimization
• Partner with Product, Design, and PMM to define and refine the advertiser experience for App
• Work with Ads Quality, ML, and infra teams to ensure robust serving, modeling, and experimentation
• Collaborate with Measurement, Reporting, and Partner teams to close SKAN and MMP attribution gaps
• Establish and maintain strong engineering practices for App Promotion, including design reviews
• Hire, coach, and develop a diverse team of engineers; foster a culture of inclusion, learning, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent
• Several years of engineering management experience leading full stack and/or mobile teams shipping
• Experience in performance, growth, or ads engineering, preferably with app install, app engagement
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects involving Product, Data, Design
• Strong technical judgment and ability to dive deep into architecture, data quality, and measurement
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain strategy, tradeoffs, and technical decisions
