Staff Software Engineer, App Runtime

📋 Description

• Own roadmap and decisions to production-grade platform
• Add features: horizontal scaling, suspend/resume, multi-stack support
• Strengthen access and data-governance controls
• Author specs and implement critical code across components
• Serve as primary technical representative for App Runtime
• Collaborate with customers to translate needs into roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related; Master’s preferred
• 10+ years in architecting, shipping, operating high-scale container platforms
• Proficiency in Java, Python, TypeScript or Go; strong backend with Node.js
• Experience with Kubernetes, security, reliability, performance
• Strong communication; ability to influence across org
• Hands-on in designing developer-facing SDKs/APIs (nice-to-have)
