Staff Software Engineer - Auth & Workflow Services

📋 Description

• Lead the architecture and technical direction of the team's policy, authorization and workflow
• Design and evolve how policies are defined, evaluated and enforced, including conditions, access
• Make sure access is granted and revoked correctly across event-driven, multi-tenant services.
• Work with other platform teams on integrations and changes that span services.
• Set the team's standards for code quality, testing and operational readiness.
• Mentor engineers and turn product requirements into clear technical plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 8 or more years building production backend systems.
• Strong skills in C# and .NET.
• Experience with distributed, event-driven microservices and messaging such as RabbitMQ or Service
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Ability to lead technical decisions and work through complex problems with limited direction.
