Staff Software Engineer (Backend)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and scale REST APIs and data pipelines.
• Architect backend services for high throughput and low latency.
• Lead features with cross-team collaboration and quality focus.
• Own critical components end-to-end and drive reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend or full-stack engineering.
• 3+ years with TypeScript/Node.js/C#.
• AWS experience with EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Step Functions.
• Experience with large datasets, distributed systems, batch/stream processing (Spark, Kafka).
• Strong understanding of system design and cloud architecture.
