🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years designing, developing, deploying backend systems at scale (Python/Kotlin).
• Distributed systems expert with AWS, MySQL, Spark, Kubernetes.
• Experience in financial systems, ledgering or treasury domains.
• Deliver major features via technical plan; write high-quality code.
• Comfort moving from low-level code to system architecture; thrive in ambiguity.
• Strong verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
