🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years designing and launching backend systems at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Extensive experience building highly available distributed systems with AWS, MySQL, Spark, Kubernetes.
• Experience in financial/ledgering domains where data accuracy and reliability matter.
• Deliver major features or components via clear technical plans and high-quality code.
• Thrive in ambiguity, moving from low-level code to large-system architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration.
