• Set the team's technical strategy for a year and align with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building backend systems at scale with Python or Kotlin.
• Distributed systems experience with AWS, MySQL, Spark, Kubernetes.
• Experience building consumer experiences with React.
• 2+ years in search or related recommendation engines.
• Deliver major features or deprecations via a technical/execution plan and write high-quality code.
• Thrive in ambiguity and navigate large-system architectures.
