📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Harvey's internal backend frameworks and libraries
• Create APIs, service templates, and versioned interfaces
• Champion async I/O and streaming data processing
• Design abstractions for auth, streaming, and data governance
• Build reliability with tracing, metrics, tests
• Collaborate with GenAI, DX, and Infra teams on integration

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering (post-BS/MS)
• Python proficiency and backend fundamentals
• Experience with Flask/FastAPI and microservices
• Redis, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL, vector databases
• Strong testing, CI, and static typing
• Excellent collaboration and communication
