Staff Software Engineer – Backend (TypeScript / Node.js / AWS)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and scale REST APIs and large-scale data processing pipelines.
• Architect backend services for high throughput and low latency.
• Develop data-intensive apps with Python, TypeScript, C#, and AWS-native services.
• Improve system performance and scalability across microservices and cloud infra.
• Mentor developers, review code, and raise engineering quality.
• Partner with senior engineers, architects, DevOps, and QA through the lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend or full-stack engineering with backend focus.
• 3+ years with TypeScript, Node.js, and/or C#.
• Advanced AWS experience (EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Step Functions).
• Experience with large datasets, distributed computing, batch/stream processing (Spark, Kafka).
• Strong grasp of system design, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the full lifecycle.
