Own the developer experience metrics; instrument and prioritize investments.
Partner with infra/platform/product teams to roll out changes with minimal disruption.
Set the technical bar for reliability, performance, upgrade cadence, and developer ergonomics.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of software development experience.
Deep Bazel expertise: remote caching, remote build execution.
Strong Go services experience at scale; structuring large Go codebases.
Lead cross-team initiatives with measurable impact on velocity/CI.
AWS and distributed systems experience.
Technical leadership, mentoring, and influence without authority.
