📋 Description

• Design, build, and test core Business Insurance products
• Design and implement AI-powered experiences
• Ship features end-to-end from design to launch
• Collaborate with product, design, and XF partners
• Mentor engineers through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development; 2+ years customer-facing products
• AI-native mindset; comfortable with AI tools
• End-to-end project delivery experience across multiple quarters
• Strong communication; ability to translate tech tradeoffs for diverse audiences
• Platform engineering experience (services, APIs, data flows, observability)
• Hands-on AI in production is a plus; Ruby on Rails and Python is a plus
