Staff Software Engineer - CAM

📋 Description

• Own mission-critical product and platform areas from design to launch and outcomes.
• Define technical strategy for backend, APIs, frontend, and mobile capabilities.
• Design and deliver full-stack features, including AI-powered tools for operators.
• Build scalable systems with data ingestion, APIs, services, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Customer Success to translate problems into technical plans.
• Lead cross-team initiatives and uphold high standards for quality and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering, production systems at scale.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals across backend services, APIs, frontend tech.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, or similar tech.
• Experience leading complex multi-team projects from concept to production.
• Experience with AI-powered or data-driven products and real-world data (telemetry, sensors, etc.).
