📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives across teams and systems from

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into actionable

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading design and delivery of large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Strong backend expertise (Java or Kotlin preferred) with ability to contribute across the stack.
• Experience designing scalable architectures and making tech tradeoffs across multiple teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
• Deep understanding of microservices, system design, performance, reliability, and observability.
