• Passion for progressive delivery: canary deployments and automated rollbacks.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Passion for using AI to improve engineering velocity and developer experience.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across teams.
