📋 Description

• Design APIs, frameworks, and abstractions for researchers and engineers
• Embed with research teams to build systems and APIs for their work
• Improve reliability of production RL runs and triage tooling
• Tackle client-side sandboxed execution, data pipelines, and datasets
• Identify load-bearing abstractions and improve them incrementally
• Work on Python-centric systems with robust abstractions

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Python with static typing, async and concurrency
• Experience designing intuitive, safe APIs or frameworks used by teams
• Experience in large, evolving, or research-style codebases
• Ability to anticipate silent failure modes and prevent via design and testing
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain designs to varied engineers
• Comfort with ambiguity; drive scoped work to a maintainable outcome
