Own delivery of motion planning features from design to integration in order to solve on-vehicle
Help shape long-term architecture and roadmap while ensuring timely delivery of features.
Work closely with systems engineers to ensure a safe, well tested product is delivered.
Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance software, using modern C++ and Python.
Work closely with other Autonomy teams (Trajectory Generation, Trajectory Evaluation, World Fusion
Work closely with verification teams to ensure proper testing and validation of the motion planning

🎯 Requirements

Strong C++ & Python skills, particularly in resource-constrained environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
Experience developing code for real-world robotics/semi-autonomous platforms.
An eagerness to work across the decision making stack, even on components that may not perfectly
