Staff Software Engineer, Core Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Design scalable, fault-tolerant infra powering Harvey's AI across regions
• Own and evolve multi-cloud infra (Azure, GCP), Kubernetes and networking
• Lead observability, incident response, and operational excellence
• Architect distributed systems for reliability: load balancing, quotas
• Partner with Product Eng and Security to accelerate infra
• Drive IaC with Terraform and Pulumi for reproducible deployments

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Infrastructure/Platform Engineering in production
• Proven track record building and scaling large distributed systems
• Deep proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; GCP/AWS ok)
• Fluent in IaC tools — Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes, networking, and cloud security at scale
• Observability tools (Datadog, Sentry) and incident practices (PagerDuty, Incident.io)
