Staff Software Engineer – CTV Ad Server

📋 Description

• Influence product and platform architecture across AdServer teams.
• Oversee design and implementation of core platform components.
• Own end-to-end technical direction for the AdServer platform.
• Lead design of reliable, scalable, low-latency backend services.
• Drive research into emerging technologies and proofs-of-concept.
• Act as a technical escalation point across teams and unblock cross-cutting problems.

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years hands-on C/C++ development in Linux/UNIX; Go is a strong plus.
• Define architecture across multiple teams or a full platform; track record.
• Deep proficiency in algorithms and data structures.
• Extensive design/architecture experience for complex, scalable, low-latency systems.
• Ability to write and review ADRs and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; AI tools familiarity.
