Staff Software Engineer, Customer Administration

📋 Description

• Architect and deliver foundational CAE platform capabilities (MCP, AI orchestration).
• Evolve Control Center to AI-agent-ready platform with guardrails and HITL.
• Partner with Engineering Manager and Product to define roadmaps and design reviews.
• Build and maintain reliable, secure backend services with SLOs and observability.
• Collaborate across EAA teams to deliver cross-functional platform primitives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering; distributed systems.
• Lead ambiguous, high-impact initiatives; write clean, tested code.
• Cloud-native stack: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform; Kafka, Redis; SQL/NoSQL.
• Build secure internal tools for regulated financial services.
• Agentic AI experience: MCP servers, LLM orchestration, HITL.
• Go (Golang) mastery; Python skills as needed.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
