📋 Description

• Lead architecture for TrueMotion-driven CV UX across mobile and backend.
• Build end-to-end features and address scaling/performance.
• Improve observability with Datadog and Sentry across stack.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence.
• Define robust APIs, mobile architecture, and data models.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering.
• 3+ years building mobile apps.
• 3+ years backend: TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, or GraphQL.
• 2+ years cloud/containers: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Distributed systems and microservices experience.
• Hands-on with generative AI tools to accelerate development.
