🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software development; strong Java or Kotlin expertise.
• Comfort with complex backend architecture, APIs, and data models.
• Interest in AI topics and prior work on AI in products or internal tools.
• Clear leadership in uncertain environments; strong communication in English (French a bonus).
• Technical mentoring and capability to disseminate best practices.
• Product mindset; ownership from idea to delivery; proactive improvements.
