📋 Description

• Drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, grow team capability.
• Champion event-driven architecture adoption and build consensus.
• Design and implement data platform delivering managed data solutions.
• Develop a stream processing architecture for scalability and reliability.
• Improve performance, security, reliability, and scalability; participate in on-call.
• Establish guidelines and guard rails for data access and storage.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in software or infrastructure engineering.
• Understand data consistency and concurrency; define data models and guidelines.
• Experience with distributed NewSQL datastores and stream tools (NATS, Kafka).
• Kubernetes experience; event-driven/stateful orchestration; operator development.
• Go or Python production proficiency; open source contributions.
• Linux shell scripting and storage/networking knowledge.
