🎯 Requirements

• Staff-level software engineering with track record leading customer-facing initiatives.
• Strong product judgment and customer intuition; identify value.
• Full-stack web app experience; backend depth.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, React experience; modern architecture.
• Experience with Python or ability to work in Python-based systems; API design.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Kafka, Flink, Materialize, or similar data tech.
