Staff Software Engineer - Data Platform Engineering

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate cloud-native platform components
• Lead well-scoped projects from design to production
• Collaborate with senior engineers to align with architecture
• Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and on-call readiness
• Hands-on development of operators, controllers, automation, and services
• Mentor junior engineers through code review and pairing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ yrs software dev with Bachelor's, or 5+ with Master, or 3+ with PhD
• 5+ yrs Kubernetes hands-on experience
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP core compute, networking, IAM
• Proven track record delivering complex features
• Strong Go or systems language skills
• Knowledge of containers, CI/CD, GitOps, IaC
