📋 Description

• Lead multi-quarter technical initiatives from framing to rollout.
• Own the architecture of Tempo core: ingestion, storage, query, metrics.
• Design APIs for humans and agents to enable Tempo in Grafana.
• Drive operational excellence with SLOs, autoscaling, and toil reduction.
• Partner with Product and sibling teams to unblock Tempo adoption.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to open source.
