Staff Software Engineer | Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Own technical direction for a significant part of the Developer Experience mandate, identify
• Lead productivity initiatives across multiple engineering teams by improving processes and tooling
• Design and build workflows and tooling through the software lifecycle—from local development to
• Lead AI work across the lifecycle, evaluating true help, implementing safe guardrails, and candidly
• Engage internal developers as customers, build a community around developer experience, and
• Define cross-track standards and drive migrations with a practical path forward.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with deep expertise in at least one language (C#, Go
• Experience in a product team shipping to external customers; understands pipeline goals from a
• Genuine passion for developer experience and building tools for CI/CD, internal platforms, and
• Interest in applying AI to improve software development while maintaining pragmatic guardrails.
• Proven track record of technical ownership across multiple teams and the ability to influence
• Bonus points for measuring developer productivity (DORA, surveys), building AI-assisted tooling
