Staff Software Engineer, Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Develop and scale a world-class developer platform with CI/CD and testing.
• Build load testing and benchmarking infra for AI-native apps.
• Pioneer AI agent integration across development, deployment, maintenance.
• Collaborate with Backend Platform teams to ensure testability and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering, including backend or internal dev platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, test frameworks, and load/perf testing.
• Docker, Kubernetes and infrastructure as code Pulumi, Terraform.
• Track record of high-quality, well-tested code and best practices.
• Leadership and mentoring across projects; AI agents experience a plus.
