🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and backend/distributed systems.
• Hands-on with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and test frameworks.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (Pulumi, Terraform).
• Track record of high-quality, well-tested code and best practices.
• Proven technical leadership across lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
• Nice-to-have: experience integrating AI agents into a developer ecosystem.
