• Hands-on with CI/CD (Buildkite, Github Actions), test frameworks, or load testing.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and Pulumi/Terraform.
• Track record of high quality, well-tested code and best practices.
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding architectural decisions.
