Staff Software Engineer, DevOps (FedRAMP)

📋 Description

• Leverage AI pair-programmers to accelerate PAM product development.
• Act as a core contributor to Okta’s FedRAMP initiative.
• Design, develop, and deliver cloud infra (Kubernetes/EKS, AWS).
• Drive evaluation, development and rollout of microservices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize services you own.
• Lead design and code reviews; write unit and functional tests.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Go/Java/C++, with Go preferred.
• 4+ years with PostgreSQL; DB design and optimization.
• Deep REST APIs knowledge; building/integration experience.
• Experience with AWS, Redis, OpenSearch, Kinesis, Kafka and Docker.
• IaC, Observability, Secrets Mgmt, CI/CD, security and compliance.
• Bachelor's in CS; master's preferred; U.S. Person status required.
