📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of performance improvements for the incremental view maintenance
• Drive roadmap for incremental view maintenance: performance, scalability, correctness milestones.
• Collaborate across teams to co-design improvements for incremental pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and elevate technical quality through reviews and architecture leadership.
• Contribute to research/publication roadmap with top-tier database conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building and optimizing large-scale data systems; expertise in query optimization
• Strong CS fundamentals — algorithms, data structures, distributed systems.
• Proficiency in C++ or Java; experience with performance analysis (profiling, benchmarking
• Ability to lead multi-engineer, cross-team initiatives and translate problems into engineering
• Experience operating systems at cloud scale (multi-tenant SaaS, petabyte-scale data).
• Strong written and verbal communication for engineering/product audiences.
