Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design sensing-platform connector/adapter layer for LiDAR and imagery detections
• Architect automated detection-to-case pipeline with photo and GPS evidence
• Evaluate, integrate, or build computer-vision and LiDAR-fusion models
• Design data model and storage for continuously updated spatial data
• Own technical design for tiered sensing-ingestion model (satellite, fleet, LiDAR)
• Partner across product teams to sequence sensing-layer roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years software engineering with end-to-end SaaS integrations
• Experience with computer-vision, LiDAR, or geospatial pipelines
• Strong data-modeling and API/connector design skills
• Geospatial systems experience (PostGIS, spatial indexing)
• Comfortable with incomplete information and build-vs-integrate calls
• AI-native engineering workflow proficiency
